AirTronics REDLINER

CONTROL CONSOLE:

The AirTronics REDLINER Control Console is analog-based controller used to calculate the size trend of the process being preformed. Sampling gage readings at rates upto 1000 reading per second, the REDLINER is capable of displaying the size trend in resolutions as high as .000010" per division with a repeatability of .000020" or less.

AirTronics REDLINER Features:

1. On board microprocessor with 256 part memory buffer and a RS-232C interface or interfacing with host computer.
2. Capability to control size trend on the grinder using a rolling average.
3. AirTronics Steadicator to maintain steady meter reading for effective size control.
4. Four (4) dial-in limits to signify size controls for oversize and undersize conditions.
5. One (1) dial-in for setting an initial feed delay.
6. One (1) internal adjustment for subsequent feed delays.
7. Parts flow detection circuit to prevent over-compensation in the event of a work flow stoppage.
