AirTronics Bore Gage

This rugged, user friendly, stand alone post process gaging and control system can be retrofitted to most bore processing machines. The system has the capability to gage and inspect each part for size, taper and shape as they exit the machine, providing 100% segregation, of all out-of-tolerance parts and automatic closed loop control of the manufacturing process based on the size trend detected. The system is equipped with an automatic self-mastering feature that is customer adjustable.In addition, the AirTronics Gage System will gather all necessary data and calculate the statical process results and all associated statistical charts and reports.
