AirTronics XL2001 QUALIFIER

CONTROL CONSOLE:

The AirTronics XL2001 Qualifier Control Console is a PLC based controller utilizing the latest in digital processing technology to sample and interrogate gage readings. The XL2001 is capable of sampling gage readings at rates exceeding 8900 readings per second, displaying not only the size trend but also individual part readings in resolutions as high as .000005" per division with a repeatability of .000010" or less. Size readings and part profiles are displayed on its large easy to read "TFT" Active Matrix Color Touchscreen Display.

The XL2001 is a user friendly, multi-tasking, menu driven control console, which enables 100% part inspection and segregation capabilities. Automatic data acquisition and statistical calculation of the process including generation of the associated charts is a standard feature. An internal memory and an RS-232C or an optional EtherNet interface for communications with host computers and a parallel printer output for interfacing with customer's printer are also standard.
